Hangzhou Wantong Center

The project consists of LEED Gold rated international 5A grade office buildings, brand enterprise headquarters buildings, furnished SOHO offices, and boutique commercial properties. As a key support project of Hangzhou's 12th Five Year Plan, Hangzhou Wantong Center is based on the high-end commercial and financial district Canal Business District, which is a key planning and construction support project in Hangzhou. It has joined forces with internationally renowned teams such as Kumi Architectural Design from Japan, Forward Mechanical and Electrical Consultant from the UK, EMSI Green Building Consultant from the US, and JLL Property Management Consultant to create a high standard urban complex in Hangzhou.

The project started construction in June 2011 and is expected to be fully delivered and put into use in 2014.

We are now launching brand headquarters buildings for well-known enterprises nationwide, namely Building A and Building C. Both buildings adopt the construction specifications of high-end office buildings in China: Building A has 17 floors and a total area of about 11000 square meters; Building C has 12 floors and a total area of approximately 7800 square meters. The elevator is selected from the global top elevator brand ThyssenKrupp. Both buildings feature a combination of glass curtain walls and aluminum louvered curtain walls, and both have sky gardens, making them the only exterior facade in Hangzhou with a delicate Japanese style combined with a Japanese courtyard design; In addition, both standard floors of the two buildings are around 650 square meters, and the lobbies are both double layered with empty ceilings, showcasing extraordinary scale. There are nearly 500 underground parking spaces in this project, and there are also temporary parking spaces on the ground. The intelligent system of office buildings consists of a data communication comprehensive cabling system, a security prevention system, a parking management system, etc., providing efficient and energy-saving office platforms for settled enterprises.
